The idea of a home health care agency emanated from our President/Founder, Armand Bell Nguetsop who as a Nurse himself was frustrated about how challenging and difficult it was to totally satisfy clients in need of home care services. At the heart of this issue, our team find a solution that consist of creating a home care model with the client at the center of every decision; where administrative decisions are made by nurses and carried out by nurses. This comprehensive Home care model empowers Nurses to carry out their duties safely with the least friction possible.

We are totally operated by Nurses, from scheduling, payroll, administrative duties. We provide a flexible schedule that suits our client's needs. As needs change, so does the scheduling. We sometimes feel compelled to extend the extra time for care without increasing the cost associated with the back of our clients.
